The ISO has published a Procedure Change Proposal to enable compliance with conditions of ACCC Authorisation AA1000666. The ISO is proposing amendments to the following procedures:
- Interim Access and Connection Procedure
- Interim Compliance Procedure
- Interim Protocol Framework Procedure
- Interim Energy Balancing and Settlement Procedure
- Interim Notices and Communications Procedure
- Interim Essential System Services Procedure (to be revoked)
Consultation will be undertaken in accordance with the Procedure change process outlined in Sub-appendix 2.3 of the Pilbara Networks Rules.
The ISO’s indicative timeline for this consultation is outlined below. Dates may be adjusted depending on the number and complexity of issues raised by stakeholders.
