System Map

The Rules require the Pilbara ISOCo to maintain and publish a high-level single line diagram of the North-West Interconnected System.  

The NWIS system map includes the:

• the relative locations of all registered facilities
• the transmission lines, who they are owned by and whether they are covered or non-covered networks
• location of excluded networks and
• the 66kV busbar within the Wedgefield sub-station is the reference node for the calculation of loss factors.

The Rules also require the Pilbara ISOCo to maintain and publish a list of certain covered elements: Network Elements List.
